Community

A vibrant, engaged, enthusiastic parent body volunteers time to contribute to the opportunities available to students.

Class Carers

The class carer role is filled by parents at each year level. While the role exists predominantly to welcome and support families, class carers also create opportunities for children by initiating social activities (eg family picnics), celebrating events (eg teachers’ birthdays) and providing pastoral support (eg organising meals for families in need).

Helping Hands

Helping Hands at Living Faith

Living Faith Helping Hands, a dedicated group of parents and carers committed to nurturing a vibrant and caring school community here at Living Faith Lutheran Primary School. Helping Hands will work together, with the support of key Living Faith staff, to drive and enhance school events, fundraising initiatives and building a sense of community. Examples of events hosted by Helping Hands include student discos and Mothers’ and Fathers’ Day stalls. We are always open to fresh ideas!

You can view our Aims and Objectives and Terms of Reference here.

We invite anyone who is willing to help make a meaningful impact on their child’s school experiences to become a part of this group.

Living Faith Helping Hands plans to meet regularly to discuss ideas and collaborate on future school events and fundraising initiatives. But don’t let your availability stop you from joining in. We understand there will be lots of people still keen to contribute to Living Faith Helping Hands in a way that supports your busy schedule and encourage you to be kept in the loop and contribute in any way you can.
