Living Faith Theme 2026: Shine Together

Principals Pen Thursday, 29 Jan 2026

As we begin the 2026 school year, we are excited to share our Living Faith Lutheran Primary School theme: Shine Together.

This theme is inspired by the words of the Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 12:27: ‘Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.’

At Living Faith, we believe every child, every family and every staff member is uniquely gifted by God. Each person brings something special to our community - different strengths, talents and ways of shining. When we come together, supporting and encouraging one another, we shine more brightly than we ever could on our own.

Shine Together reflects our mission to be built on Christ’s love, as we seek to illuminate minds, inspire hearts and ignite service. Living Faith’s vision is expressed through strong relationships, purposeful learning and a shared commitment to serving others. As a community, we grow in faith and learning when we walk alongside one another, using our God-given gifts to support and uplift those around us.

Throughout 2026, Shine Together will guide how we learn, teach, worship and care for one another. It reminds us that we belong to something bigger than ourselves, that our differences are a strength and that we are called to work together in love, service and faith.

For our students, this means learning to value their own gifts while recognising and celebrating the gifts of others. For our staff, it means continuing to work collaboratively to nurture each student academically, socially and spiritually. For our families, it means being valued partners in a shared journey of growth and faith.

As a school community, we look forward to a year of learning, laughter, service and worship - trusting that God is at work among us and through us. May we continue to reflect Christ’s love and light as we truly shine together in 2026.

Grace and peace
