Exciting Building Works Update
New Modular Buildings to be Installed and Ready for 2027!
Over the coming weeks, work will commence on the installation of three new modular learning spaces on the edge of the school oval. The project reached an important milestone today with the concrete slab pour, and we anticipate the buildings will be fully installed, commissioned and ready for use by the middle of next term.
These new facilities will play an important role in the establishment of our Secondary School and will support our inaugural Year 7 students in 2027. The location has been carefully chosen to maintain a strong connection to the Primary School while also providing flexible and contemporary learning environments to support a range of teaching and learning experiences.

Secondary Masterplan
For more than 18 months, Living Faith has been working closely with Bickerton Masters Architects to develop a comprehensive masterplan for our future Secondary School. This significant project will deliver a range of purpose-built learning environments designed to support the growth of our College into a Kindy to Year 12 community.
We are excited by the vision that has been developed, which includes a number of contemporary specialist learning facilities. Tendering for Stage 1 is expected to occur later this year, with construction scheduled to commence in January 2027.
Stage 1 will include dedicated learning spaces for Year 7 and 8 students, along with specialist facilities for Food Technologies, Science, Digital Technologies, Design Technologies and STEM. These facilities will provide students with access to engaging, hands-on and future-focused learning opportunities from the very beginning of their secondary journey.
Creating Contemporary Learning Spaces
As Living Faith continues to grow, we remain committed to providing learning environments that inspire curiosity, creativity and collaboration. The Year 4 refurbishment has very recently been completed and will be ready for our students and staff for the beginning of Term 3!
New furniture will arrive next week, and with improved learning zones and enhanced functionality, these spaces have been thoughtfully developed to meet the evolving needs of our students and staff. They represent another important step in ensuring our facilities continue to reflect the high-quality learning experiences we seek to provide every day.
Relocation of Spark (STEM), Art and Languages
The refurbishment of our Year 4 learning spaces also enables us to begin preparing for the next exciting chapter in Living Faith's journey.
As we move towards the commencement of Stage 1 of our Secondary Expansion in January 2027, we are reviewing the use of our specialist learning areas to ensure they continue to support our expanding curriculum and growing co-curricular programs.
Next week our Spark and Art classrooms will relocate into what was the old library and is currently the temporary home for our Year 4 students. Languages (Mandarin) will move into the current Art room, while the existing Spark room will be repurposed to support our expanding before and after-school activities, including our Performing Arts and Sports Academies in 2027, as well as other co-curricular opportunities.
Our Library will remain in the church hall throughout 2026 and 2027 before moving into its permanent home within Stage 1 of the Secondary Expansion. From 2028, students from Kindy to Year 12 will enjoy a purpose-built whole-college library, providing a vibrant learning hub at the heart of our College.
These changes are part of our long-term commitment to ensuring Living Faith continues to provide outstanding facilities that support innovative learning, student wellbeing and the exciting future of our growing school community.
Peace
