Contemporary Learning
There's more to education than great grades.
When we learn well, it sparks something: curiosity, confidence, creativity and joy.
That's why we've designed learning to be about more than remembering information for a test. It's about asking big questions, solving real problems, discovering new passions and developing the confidence to step into an ever-changing world.
Because while knowledge matters, it's what students do with it that will shape their future.
We've intentionally reimagined what learning can look like
Our curriculum meets every Australian academic standard and is grounded in the latest educational research. But we've taken it one step further, redesigning our timetable and learning experiences to prepare students not just for their next assessment, but for whatever comes next in life.
What learning looks like in Prep shouldn't look the same as it does in Year 10. That's why our approach evolves as students do.
In Primary, we focus on building strong foundations and a love of learning. As students move through Secondary, they take on greater ownership through connected projects, personalised pathways and specialist academies.
What Contemporary Learning looks like
The skills that matter just as much
At Living Faith, we're intentional about developing more than knowledge. We're helping students build a toolkit they'll carry with them long after they've left our classrooms: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, adaptability and resilience.
These aren't "soft skills." They're the skills that help young people navigate uncertainty, build meaningful relationships, solve new problems and make a positive difference in the world.
That's why we intentionally teach them, nurture them and report on them just as deliberately as academic achievement.
Preparing students for a future no one can predict
The world our students will graduate into is changing faster than ever. Many of the jobs they'll one day do haven't even been invented yet.
We can't predict exactly what their future will look like. But we can help them become the kind of people who will thrive in it.
