Living Faith employs Christian staff who are highly qualified and competent and see their role as providing the very best educational and life-learning opportunities for the students in their care. The essence of any school is the quality of the relationships between students, parents and staff, and our staff is committed to establishing and fostering these relationships.

Although not an official member of staff, the Parish Pastor has a significant role in the pastoral care programme of the school. The Pastor is present at times of worship for students and staff and is available to staff, students and families for spiritual advice and counselling. He is always available to talk about the Lutheran Church and its teachings.
The school also uses the services of a student support worker (chaplain) on a part time basis. She is available to counsel staff, students and parents and also runs short term courses for children in areas such as coping with grief and relational management.
