Living Faith opened its doors to 66 students in 2001. Prior to this, many hours of work had gone into planning by members of the Lutheran congregations at Petrie and Sandgate. Both congregations sold their properties to purchase 8 hectares of land at Murrumba Downs with the express purpose of beginning a Lutheran school.
Today we have modern and spacious complex with the School, Outside School Hours Care, Playgroup and Church sharing the site. Thoughtful master planning provides well designed buildings, ample play space and preserved stands of trees.
From 2014 we will have the compacity to enrole 550 students.
Location
Living Faith is nestled into a growth area of the Moreton Bay Regional Shire – a beautiful part of South East Queensland. Easily accessible from the Bruce Highway, the school is ideally situated to allow access to Brisbane, the rapidly growing North Lakes area and the Redcliffe Peninsula.
